Scheduling

Here's how scheduling works in HealthTasks. As an administrator, you'll begin by navigating to the Classroom Settings, followed by the Schedule tab. Here, you can set the specific days of the week the rotation will occur, along with the designated start and end times for each clinical day. Additionally, you'll establish the overall start and end dates for the entire clinical rotation period. Preceptors and students will be able to view their class schedules from their dashboards by navigating to the Action Menu and selecting Schedule Info to view all the details.
